How can I reprint an order ticket?

  1. On your dashboard, go to the Orders tab.
  2. Find the order to reprint.
  3. Press the Printer icon at the right hand side.

What if I forget my Username and/or Password?

  • Please contact customer support at 833-673-3762 or [email protected] for your login credentials.

How do I request an Ordermark tablet replacement?

  • Please contact customer support at 833-673-3762 or [email protected], and we’ll walk you through the replacement process.

What do I do if my Uber Eats, Postmates, or other third party tablet breaks or is stolen?

  • Please contact your third party provider right away. You can find their contact information here.

Do I need to keep my third party tablet(s) on?

Not all of them! These are the following tablets that need special attention;

  • Postmates needs to be on and logged in.
  • Uber Eats needs to be on and logged in.
  • ChowNow needs to be on and you will still need to confirm orders on the tablet.

My Ordermark Dashboard is frozen on the tablet, what do I do?

  1. If the app is unresponsive, force quit and relaunch the Ordermark app.
  2. If your tablet is frozen, power off for 60 seconds, then power back on.
  3. If neither of the above work, please contact customer support at 833-673-3762 or [email protected].
